Analysis of Press Report on Elderly-friendly Foods using Text Mining

Abstract
|
|
|
Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze the Press reports on elderly-friendly foods using text mining and to understand the popular meaning of them.
Methods : This study was data data of the subject of age-friendly food were analyzed using BIGkinds. A total of 426 data were analyzed, excluding pre-processing and duplicate articles, of 631 data from 49 media outlets.
Results : Through this study, it was confirmed that the number of articles on age-friendly food is increasing. The number of articles was high in the order of 104(24.41%) in 2021 and 95(22.41%) in 2020. The weight was highest in Korea(9.82) and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries(6.90) in that order.
Conclusion : This study, it is significant that text mining was used to confirm the popular meaning of elderlyfriendly food. It is expected that the data of this study will be used as basic data for the expansion of the elderly-friendly foods industry and the establishment of infrastructure in related fields.
